The Multicultural Center of Southwest Florida organizes the 24th Annual Grand Backpack Event.

FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Multicultural Center of Southwest Florida is organizing its 24th Annual Grand Backpack Affair on Sunday, July 30, in Fort Myers.

The event will occur at The Fort Myers Skatium Rink from 10 A.M until 2 P.M.
The occasion centres on contributing backpacks and educational materials to children in need.
The initial 2,000 or more kids between the ages of 5 and 12 who come with their parents will receive complimentary backpacks and school supplies while supplies last.

Parents or guardians must accompany their children during the event to obtain free supplies.
The event solely operates as a drive-through to collect backpacks, school supplies, and giveaways. Parking is not allowed.

Attendees can enjoy live music, entertainment, and giveaways along the carline.
Additionally, you can “Sponsor-A-Student” with a $30 contribution.
Through this donation, the event will equip a student with a brand-new backpack and essential school supplies such as notebooks, loose-leaf paper, folders, crayons, glue, pens, pencils, and more.
